Each autumn, as the leaves fall from the trees, I dread the start of the cold and stormy winter season. This year, instead of hibernating between the months of November through March, I made a conscious effort to get outside and to appreciate the beauty of the season. Dressing appropriately for the weather has helped make the frigid temperatures more enjoyable.
